Subject: Try this upper-body In-Set Superset....(hits your back and chest)
A few days ago, I sent you an awesome training technique called "In-Set Supersets".
This type of superset is done using two exercises for one muscle group, alternating reps of each those exercises, e.g. dumbbell presses and dumbbell flyes.
Well, now I've got another version of that for you...Antagonistic In-Set Supersets.
This one hits your back AND your chest in one set, in alternating reps and all you need is a couple of dumbbells and a bench (or Swiss ball).
