Subject: Try this easy, 15-second stretch in the morning...(feels GREAT)
I'll
be honest...I've had a love/hate relationship with
stretching over the years...
But after turning 40 years old last week, I'm ready
to admit that
I've been neglecting my flexibility for WAY too long (my wife
is going
to laugh and maybe punch me when she reads this ...she's been
telling me that for 15 years already).
I've found there are days when I wake up in the morning and I
really
pay for it...stiff muscles that force me to curl into a ball and
roll over
on my side in strange ways then rock back and forth a few times
to
get enough momentum to get my feet under me so I can get out of
bed.
If
that sounds like YOU, I've got a stretch for you to try...(takes
15 seconds to do)
Got this one from Injury
Specialist Rick Kaselj, MS., and if you've
experienced that "rolled up in a ball" feeling in the
morning like I have,
you'll LOVE this one.
Check
it out here...
