Subject: Try not to sneeze for a few days after trying THIS core exercise... (for real)...

This is a variation of one of my favorite "secret weapon" core training exercises, this time done on an incline bench.

You might be familiar with the "Ab Ripper"...

It's a simultaneous one-arm dumbbell press and one-arm pulldown where all the cross-tension goes right through those deep muscles of the core.

This version is done on the incline bench, which changes where the exercise hits and (I find, at least) makes the setup easier.
