This leg exercise is murder...

It's going to HAMMER all three of the big muscle groups of your lower body (quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes) in an in-set superset type of movement that shifts muscle focus from the positive to the negative.

You can (and should) use heavy weight for this one, making it a great leg builder that gives you the benefits of single-leg training and two-leg training at the same time.

It's a beast...and if you like a challenge on leg day, you're going to love it.
