Subject: Total-Body Fat-Loss Workout...DONE in 15 minutes flat.
When I'm pressed for time and still want to crank out a good fat-loss workout, this is one of my favorite workouts.
It's very simple. It uses just 3 exercises and you'll be done in 15 minutes, having worked just about EVERYTHING in your entire body.
And yes, it basically destroys the excuse that you don't have time to get in a good workout. Trust me, you won't want to (and probably won't be able to!) do any MORE than 15 minutes when you give this one a try.
