We all know that what you eat has a HUGE impact on the results you get in your training. The better you eat, the better your results will be. No surprises there. The only problem is, effective nutrition for building muscle without the fat can be a tremendously confusing topic and there is a LOT of conflicting advice out there. And I'll be honest with you...nutrition is not my strong suit. I tend to eat a pretty good diet and then train with extreme efficiency (and insanity, as you've probably seen :). That gets ME the results I want. Yet I know if I really had my nutrition dialed in, I could get even BETTER results. P.S. The guy in the video is Kyle Leon. I met him a few weeks back at the Arnold Fitness Expo in Columbus and I have to say, he does practice what he preaches. This is not an armchair expert who Photoshopped his head onto somebody else's body :) He knows what he's talking about and put it into practice every day.
