            Training is one of my absolute favorite training styles/programs
            for building muscle.
 I've mentioned it in the past before 
            but if you aren't familiar with it, it's a training
            style you really NEED to know about (always good to get a refresher, 
            too, if you
            have seen it before).
Very simple to understand, straightforward 
            to perform and incredibly effective
