This is one of my very favorite squat workouts... it's extremely simple and works like crazy.
You're literally going to be doing nothing but squats for 40 minutes...but not straight through.
It's HOW you structure the workout that is the key.
It allows you to put tremendous workload on your legs without destroying your nervous system. It forces you to work at a high level while staying just short of the level that would force you to stop.
This develops real workhorse capacity in your legs (and entire body, really).
A few workouts of this and you'll feel unstoppable, with "go all day" strength and power.
