Subject: This unique lateral raise setup is like a free weight "machine" combo...

This variation of the lateral raise uses two barbells and has several distinct advantages over dumbbell and cable lateral raises.

It helps you isolate the lateral delts very effectively, similar to a machine combined with free weight.

I find it really helps you get a good feel on the lateral delts...they can still find their own path while the bars stabilize the movement enough that you can really dig into them with your mind-muscle connection.
