Got something short and sweet for you here...this is a very cool
tip that I discovered quite a few years ago when I was doing
heavy curling (and it also works GREAT for heavy pushdowns, too).

The bar out in front of my body while curling heavy was murder on
my lower back...this is a way to mitigate some of the torque placed on
that area when using heavy weights out in front of you like this.

By using this simple technique, you'll immediately be more stable
in the exercise and able to move heavier weight more comfortably.
It really does work, even though it might look a little strange
(yeah, I know, that's a real surprise coming from me :)
