And yes, that IS a good thing :)
This walking lunge variation gives your quads a massive stretch under load at the bottom of every step and rep.
Don't let the lighter weight fool you... this one looks easy but it will just DESTROY your quads without putting stress on the knees (I'll explain how this works on the page).
