Subject: This band curl variation is CRAZY good... and a bit crazy weird looking...

This variation of the band curl hits the biceps through their ENTIRE range of motion, from full stretch to strong contraction.

In normal band training, the bands have a lot less tension on the stretched position, because the bands are LESS stretched.

Bands normally shine on contraction-focused exercises...this setup fixes that.

By hanging kettlebells from the bands, you get tension through the entire range of motion, including the stretch position where bands are normally slacker.
