Subject: This 6-pack ab exercise is WAY harder than it looks...
To develop an amazing set of six-pack abs, you need to put focused tension on the area.
And regular crunches can get you only so far.
THIS new way to do leg raises really shocked me at how well it worked the first time I did it...I actually thought it was going to be easier.
Then I tried it.
And WOW, does it work.
You have to set it up and perform it exactly as I tell you here, though.
All the facets of the setup work together to make this one a real burner (you will need an incline bench, but that's about it).

How a Soda Can Will Help You Develop a Stronger Core and a Better Set of Abs...
First, don't drink the soda :).
The soda can is an analogy for how your core works that can really help you understand WHY most core and ab exercises don't get the job done...even PLANKS.
...and how to train it for better posture, improved lower back pain and better overall core strength.
It's an eye-opener!
