Getting good sleep is so important for just about everything in your life...
Sleep affects everything from training to recovery to mood to health to attitude...muscle growth will tank, your strength will suffer and you'll have a much harder losing stubborn fat (poor sleep messes with your fat-burning hormones).
Bottom line, if you're not getting good sleep, you feel like garbage...day in and day out.

The concept is very cool. I haven't tested the machine out myself (yet) but the research on its effectiveness is really compelling.
The company that makes the machine commissioned a study at the Center for Health and Human Performance at Jacksonville University and found that 100% of the participants reported improvements in at least one sleep quality item compared to the control group.
I think this has a lot of potential...
