Subject: The first Mr. Olympia's upside down trick to better lat training...

This one works like a charm and it's incredibly simple...it was a favorite of the first Mr. Olympia winner, Larry Scott.

It's a pulldown done with the bar upside down.

Very simply, you're going to turn the bar upside down so that the angled ends are pointing UP instead of down.
