Subject: The best tricep MASS combo exercise ever...

This is one of the best hypertrophy exercises for the triceps I've ever found.

You'll be alternating reps between two exercises for the triceps that share the same end position (pictured below).

This allows you to cover more muscle fibers for greater overall tricep work in one set.

Check out In-Set Supersets for the triceps here...it'll pump your arms up like balloons...

To give you an idea of how well this one works, I think this combo contributed substantially to me being able to build my triceps up to this level...
