Subject: The best exercises I've got, specifically for WOMEN...

First off, here's the unvarnished TRUTH about
women and weight training...


Muscle doesn't know whether it's male or female...all it knows
is FUNCTION.

And if you've been reading my newsletters for any length of
time, I have a feeling you know that as a woman, you don't
have to worry about getting big and bulky from weight training...
you just don't have the hormonal machinery to do it.


Here's the thing though...


You CAN develop muscle...

do than the old standards.
