This is an extreme example of "dirty bulking"...basically eating a lot of junk food for the sake of getting in a lot of calories to gain weight.

What it REALLY is is an excuse to eat a lot of junk food and most of the weight you'll gain is FAT.

And that means NO DIRTY BULKING.
