Got a great exercise that's going to hit
those "beach body/mirror
muscles" that we all love to work so much ;)
This is the "Back
Off Bench Press" and it's going to target your
chest, abs and arms strongly.
It almost looks like a standard
dumbell bench press...the key is
going to be where you set yourself on the bench and how you
keep yourself from falling off it...(you'll see what I mean).
This is a great exercise for targeting
all those muscle magazine
cliché lines...
"ripped abs"
"jacked arms"
"gladiator chest"
