Subject: The Shoto Twister...awesome kettlebell "dance"...
Got another awesome kettlebell exercise from my friend John Belkewitch...the Shoto Twister.
Honestly, he's put together some really cool movements that I've never seen before...really amazing stuff.
From John:
"The Shoto Twister is my favorite movement from the Shoto Ken Combatant Character Set.
You’re working root and balance, lower and upper body, and pushing and pulling and rotating… heck, even shock absorption and redirection… ALL AT ONCE!
And… you’re doing it with a single, relatively light kettlebell.
Cool thing is…
The empty-hand version of the drill alone is enough for most people when getting started. Grooving in the movement pattern tends to be more of a challenge than pushing and pulling the weight.
Like a number of the Kettlebell Kumite movements… it’s a bit of a “dance”."

Kettlebell Kumite
John has put together a full program based on movements like this one and the one I sent you yesterday (the Dragon Pendulum).
You can check out his full program, Kettlebell Kumite here.
He's done a phenomenal job combining kettlebells with martial arts movements and overall functional training.
You don't get "beaten up" by this style of training but it's incredibly effective for moving and feeling better, in addition to body composition improvements (i.e. losing fat and building muscle).
As a heads-up, though...it will only be available until midnight tonight...he's running a special launch sale right now and it's done when the clock strikes 12.
Discover how to use kettlebells to move better and get a phenomenal workout at the same time.
