Got another cool training technique for
you here today that
I've found is THE single best way to maintain bench press
strength while on a fat-loss program.
Now, for me, bench press strength
is one of the first things
to go when I try and drop fat.
Not so this time around...
I'm actually planning on INCREASING
it even as I get cut.
The technique is one that I call
Power
Start Lactic Acid Training
and the exercise is the Reverse Band Bench Press (and just fyi,
you can apply this training style to just about ANY exercise,
even if you don't have bands to work with).
Put these two together and you have
an INSANELY effective
way to keep your strength while dropping fat.
Check
it out here...the bands allow you to better match the
strength curve of the exercise, allowing you to load even
the strongest parts of the range of motion better, making
it more effective for strength building.
