Subject: The BEST way to do overhead carries...(killer delt pump)

This is an overhead carry done with an EZ curl bar (and bumper plates).

We'll be using that bar for a very specific purpose...bracing to better lock the shoulders into the exercise, allowing you to use more weight and carry it longer.

I always get a massive shoulder pump from this one, even though my shoulders are one of my most stubborn muscle groups.
