Subject: The 5 most CRITICAL muscle-building lessons I learned my 1st year of training...

I made a LOT of mistakes my first year of training. During that first year, I was desperate to build muscle and gain strength and lose the skinny frame I had developed from years of cross-country running and endurance sports.

It's a familiar story to a lot of guys out there, I know :)

Anyway, that was more than 20 years ago and I've come a LONG way and have learned a LOT since then. I can pretty much build and strength at will. This pic below shows you where I'm at right now, weighing about 215 lbs at 5'10".
