Subject: The 15 minute fat-loss workout that CRUSHED me...

If you've got limited time to train for fat-loss and you still want maximum results, I've got a circuit that I just came up with a few days ago that's going to be PERFECT for you.

It's basically 15 minutes of non-stop training, rotating between 3 exercises that target the chest, back and legs..and you'll hit the core on EVERY single set (my entire midsection is still tight, even though I did this circuit a few days ago!).

I do have to apologize in advance to you, though, if I just took away your last excuse for not training (lack of time) ;).

This workout is going to hit EVERYTHING in your entire body in 15 minutes (or even 5 or 10 minutes, if that's all you've got to work with!) and set your metabolism ROARING.

I call it One Dumbell Full Body Circuit Training...and it absolutely crushed me.
