Subject: The 12 worst fruits & veggies for your T levels...

But fruits & vegetables are good for your testosterone levels, right?

Not always!

Just to be clear, though... it's not the fault of the produce itself...

According to the USDA, these are the 12 fruits and vegetables that are most heavily coated with pesticides... and those pesticides can have a VERY detrimental effect on your T levels.

It doesn't mean that you have to stop eating them, though!

You've got options...

  1. Buy organic
  2. Rinse the produce before eating (helps a bit)
  3. Use a brush to physically remove as much as you can (while rinsing)
  4. Salt water or baking soda soak for 10-15 minutes

And use this, which can actually help mitigate the detrimental effects of pesticides... (I sent an email about this last week).

It's a very well-formulated T support supplement from my friends at Critical Bench.

As I mentioned in that email, I'm going to be testing this stuff out (with before and after blood tests) for the next 6 months.

The ingredients are all well supported with research and I want to see exactly what happens when I give it a solid shot.

Here's a list of all the ingredients and how they can help...

  • Tongkat Ali Extract - Believed to support T production and libido by reducing cortisol and increasing free T levels.

  • Mucuna pruriens Extract - Provides L-Dopa, a dopamine precursor that may support mood and stimulate natural T production.

  • Safed Musli - Traditionally used as an adaptogen and aphrodisiac to boost stamina, libido, and potentially T.

  • Diindolylmethane (DIM) - Helps balance estrogen levels, which can support a healthier T-to-estrogen ratio in men.

  • Eleuthero Extract - Acts as an adaptogen that may reduce stress and support overall energy and endurance, indirectly benefiting hormone health.

  • White Button Mushroom Extract - May help regulate estrogen by inhibiting aromatase, which can support higher T levels.

  • DL-DMAE Bitartrate - Included for cognitive support and mental clarity, possibly enhancing mood and motivation during training.

  • Maca Root Powder - Traditionally used to support libido, energy, and hormonal balance.

  • Acacetin - May inhibit aromatase and block estrogen receptors, supporting T dominance.

  • L-Tyrosine - An amino acid that supports dopamine production and stress resilience, indirectly aiding hormonal balance.

T support supplements can be a bit of a tricky category. There's a lot of misinformation and a lot of shoddy products out there.

However, when it comes to Critical T, I know almost everybody in the company that makes it personally and I know they do a LOT of research to make sure they're putting out the best products they can with top quality ingredients.

You can learn more about Critical T here...I think this stuff has a lot of potential and is definitely worth trying out.
