Subject: "That is one weird-looking ab exercise...but WOW, does it work"
I'll be honest...the exercise I've got
for you today is one of THE
weirdest abdominal exercises you'll ever see. It's also one of the
most effective and really one of my absolute favorites for
developing just ridiculous core strength.
Because, yes...SERIOUS core training
is not about getting
"six-pack abs" or a "toned tummy" (I can't believe
I just
wrote the words "toned tummy").
If you want to develop incredible
core strength that boosts your
athletic and strength performance...i.e. get a core like THIS...
...you need core training that is functional,
movement-based
and utilizes significant resistance.
You need an exercise that is going to challenge your core in
ways it has NEVER experienced before.
And
that exercise is the Dumbell Crawl...
You're not going to be doing any crunching or twisting or
squeezing. There are no machines involved...heck, there's no
need to really even focus on contracting the core muscles.
Because once you start doing this exercise, your body will
have NO CHOICE but to fire the abs HARD in order to do it.

how to do Dumbell Crawling here...this
one is awesome...

Got a quick question
for you...
Do you currently use a multivitamin?
OR..
Are you wondering whether you really need one?
Personally, I've taken a multi for as long as I can
remember... nutritional insurance, right?
Here's the thing, though...what
if the multi you've been taking
for that nutritional insurance has been doing you ZERO good?
Here's the story...
A few weeks back, I met up with holisitic nutritionist Yuri Elkaim
at a fitness event we were both attending.
We got to talking about supplements...and let me tell you, Yuri
is a VERY smart dude when it comes to nutrition. His approach
is to simplify things down into easy-to-understand principles
that everybody can understand and take action on, which I think
is AWESOME.
Well, when we got to the topic of multivitamins, he had some
really interesting things to say...some controversial and really
eye-opening stuff, in fact.
I've been recommending multivitamins to people for years...and
now before I do, I'm going to recommend they read the report
he just finished putting together on them.

Discover the TRUTH about multivitamins
It's very good info...and while
it's not a free report, I think it's
VERY reasonably priced, especially given how much money
it can save you in the long run.
It's about time that you get clear
guidance about what to do
regarding multivitamins.
