Subject: Swiss Ball Rollouts for six-pack abs...
One of the best exercises for the "six-pack" abs is the rollout (and variations of it).
This exercise can be done using a few different pieces of equipment...for example, the Swiss Ball, a dolly, a wheel...even a barbell (the plates roll like wheels).
It's a fairly straightforward exercise but there are ways you can make it more effective AND more challenging with a few simple tweaks.

You'll be targeting the rectus abdominis (six-pack ab) muscle VERY strongly with this one.
(and yeah, I know it sounds weird to say you have a six-pack ab muscle...but it's true :)
