Subject: Swing Walking for core...(weird looking but awesome)

Just a quick one for you here today...

This is a really cool core-focused exercise done using a couple of kettlebells (or dumbells). I'm uisng about 100 pounds in each hand.

I like to use this as a warm-up with lighter weights as well, but when you load it heavy, you get fantastic anti-rotational core training.

It looks just insane, but it works like CRAZY.
