Now..."Combat Breathing" is normally targeted to help calm your nervous system when under stress.

We're going to use that breathing method to challenge and strengthen your breathing muscles with direct resistance instead.

It may sound weird but you can REALLY benefit from working your breathing muscles and this is the best way I've found to do it.

The stronger those muscles are, the more efficient your breathing will be and the better your... well... everything will be.

This method is great for any athlete that wants to breathe more strongly and more effectively...and for any lifter who wants to be able catch more breath while doing high-rep squats...

...because everybody wants to do THAT... ;)

And yep, I've got 805 lbs on the bar...you can go pretty heavy with this one with proper training and giving your body time to adapt.
