Subject: "So, what do I eat?"

Honestly, that's probably THE most frequent question I've gotten in my 25+ years as a trainer.

And I didn't always used to have a good answer for people.

My best answer now is "carb cycling"...which essentially means rotating carbs in and out of your diet in a strategic fashion.

In my experience, this is the most "painless" way to diet for fat loss without having to give up all the foods you love and without having to be super strict for long stretches of time (which makes a nurtition plan unsustainable).

If you've used my Metabolic Surge program, you're familiar with my approach to carb cycling...5 days of low-carb eating, 1 day of only protein, 1 day of only fruit, then 5 days of low-fat eating.

This works great, but it's still (in my opinion) only feasible as a short-term approach.

If you're interested in a longer-term approach to carb-cycling, I would HIGHLY recommend you check out a program from my friend and colleague, Jayson Hunter, called Flexible Carb Cycling.

His approach is extremely effective and, above all, DOABLE. It's something you'll have no trouble sticking to because you're never far away from eating the foods you love.

And there is a reason he has "flexible" in the title of the program. His approach very easily allows you to adjust the schedule so that you can eat socially and not have to worry so much about potentially insulting friends of family because you "can't eat that."

Bottom line...if you want to know "what should I eat?"...try THIS.
