I've got an exercise for you that can actually flatten your stomach WHILE YOU'RE SITTING DOWN (not kidding).
It's called a Seated Elbow Desk Pushdown.
This one is really interesting because it actually LOOKS like you're sitting at your desk, bored out of your mind...while in reality, you're doing an excellent core exercise that will actually help flatten your stomach.
It's easy to do and really gets into those deep core muscles that flatten your stomach (obliques and transversus).
