I've got an exercise for you that can actually flatten your stomach WHILE YOU'RE SITTING DOWN (not kidding).
It's called a Seated Elbow Desk Pushdown.
This one is really interesting because it actually LOOKS like you're sitting at your desk, bored out of your mind...while in reality, you're doing an excellent core exercise that will actually help flatten your stomach.
It starts out easy and gets surprisingly tough FAST.
