Subject: "Shoulder Saver" Pull-Ups...(killer setup trick)

Pull-Ups are one of the most effective bodyweight exercises for building the lats and building overall upper back strength.

However, pull-ups on a solid bar can be tough on the shoulders...this setup using handle plates fixes that.

Is this the "perfect" setup for pull-ups?...It very well could be...
