So I've been posting some seriously insane "Metabolic Monster" workouts in the past few weeks...

These workouts are not for the faint of heart and do require some specialized equipment and fairly heavy weights...not really stuff that most people are going to have at home.
So...
If you want to train at home and don't have a whole lot of equipment to work with, where does that leave you?
Try THIS 8-minute zero-equipment challenge from my friend and colleague (and US Marine fitness instructor) Jason Klein...
You'll combine two "Turbine" circuits for one workout. Each Turbine is just 4 minutes...do the first part then immediately move to the second part.
Each exercise is to be done for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. This workout focuses on upper body...
Turbine A
Superman + Pushup
Prone Iso-Ab
Mount-Ab Climbers
Wall Slides
Turbine B
Inward Intention Pushup
Heel Push
Close-Grip Pushup
Plank
This is the kind of training Jason puts his Marines (and their wives) through on a regular basis...8 minutes and DONE.
This ratio of work to rest is extremely effective (3:1)...you get a lot of work done, which stimulates a lot of fat burning...and you also get just enough rest to keep functioning at a fairly high level.
This is time-efficient, bodyweight training at it's best.

In it, he has 30 follow-along workouts (with videos) just like the one above, where he'll teach you proper exercise form and take you through each and every workout so you know exactly what your'e doing, every step of the way.
And even though it doesn't use any equipment, this is intense stuff...and you'll get out of it exactly what you put into it.
