Subject: Set your upper back on FIRE...(in a good way)

This is one of my favorite techniques for pushing your upper back to the limit.

You're going to use one exercise that directly targets the upper back, alternated with reps of another exercise that works the upper back more passively in a support role.

The combination is BRUTAL, even though you're not going to be using super heavy weight.

It's the contant loading and multiple directions of tension that are going to get you.
