Shoulder Barbell Split Squats

Training the legs at home can be a challenge. This barbell
exercise will hit your legs HARD and prevent you from ever
getting stuck under a loaded barbell. This is a very functional
exercise, too - you'll be holding the barbell on just one
shoulder, which will activate the stabilization function of the
core strongly.
