Subject: See-Saw Barbell Rows and Pulldowns...GREAT home-gym back exercises

I found this one to be fantastic for strict rows and pulldowns using a very simple lever setup.

It takes all the stress off the lower back for rows and forces you to maintain strict form to very effectively isolate the upper back and lats.

It's fantastic if you don't have a cable machine at home, but it actually has several advantages over cable machines just in general.

You can do it as a row or as a pulldown- very quick and easy to set up and do. Check it out here.
