Subject: Sample "Kickboxer Abs" workout for you...

So one of the things I like to do is bring you sample workouts from programs that I'm telling you about, so you can SEE and TRY them.

That way, you know exactly what you're getting when you pick it up.

Today, I've got a sample workout taken directly from Mike Zhang's "Kickboxer Abs" program... it requires NO equipment, so it's something you can do at home or while traveling. This will give you a great idea of what it's all about.

One of the things I like best about this program is that it uses a lot of very dynamic movements...SAFE dynamic movements.

To clarify, one thing you may have noticed in your own training is a reduction in how often you're using explosive or dynamic movements (often for fear of injury). And it's a case of "use it or lose it" as you get older.

Using Mike's program, you can get that back.

Being a high-level fighter and coach himself, he knows that an athlete that gets hurt from HIS training is an athlete that won't be coming back to him anymore, so he has to know what he's doing to make sure they get effective training with minimal risk of injury.

This is especially true with rotational movements like punching and kicking. Taking a kickboxing class at the gym is great but the rotational forces on the knee of your plant leg can be dangerous, if you're not properly instructed and supervised.

Mike knows what he's doing with and will teach you proper form.

So even if you DO take those classes, you're going to be ahead of 98% of the people in the room (maybe even the instructor!) in terms of safe and effective movement.
