Subject: Run faster, punch harder, throw further with this core exercise...

This exercise is one of my all-time favorites.

I call this exercise the Ab Ripper and it's THE single best anti-rotational core exercise I've ever come up with.

If you're an athlete, this is one you will absolutely love as it directly targets force transfer through the core...it'll help you throw further, run faster and punch harder for real.
