So here it is...
Decline Lying Pulldown Triple Add Sets...
Yeah, those are 6 words you've probably never seen together in
the same sentence...
But I have to say, I did these last night and I'm feeling my lats
today like I haven't in a VERY long time...I'm talking like since
back when I started training 20 years ago, especially down near
the bottom of the lats, where they attach near the lower
back/spine area.
This techinque and exercise hits that area with INSANE tension.
I combined one very unique back exercise (the Decline Lying
Pulldown) with an awesome training technique (Triple Add Sets)
and "mad scientisted" them together.
It's really something you HAVE to try and something I want to
hear your feedback on, so don't be shy to write me back and curse
me out after you do it (heck, I was cursing myself while doing
these last night!).
Here's what to do:
1. Decline Lying Pulldowns:
http://www.fitstep.com/Advanced/Secret-Training-Tips/decline-pulldowns.htm
2. Triple Add Sets
http://www.fitstep.com/Misc/Newsletter-archives/issue28/triple-add-sets.htm
Use the Triple Add Set technique with the Decline Lying Pulldown
Exercise.
To give you an example of how I did it, I started with a weight
of 40 lbs on the pulley system and got 40 reps with it. Then I
immediately reached back and set the weight to 80 lbs and got 6
reps with it. Then I immediately reached back and set the weight
to 110 lbs and got 2 reps with it.
Then I rested 90 seconds then I did it again (not as many reps on
the second round through), for just two total "triple add sets."
My lats were on FIRE, top to bottom (especially at the bottom, like
I mentioned, though) because you get NO break in tension through
this whole exercise.
Definitely read through both articles to get the full gist of
what I'm talking about but this one will absolutely give you
"wings" (a.k.a. lats).

P.S. If you're familiar with Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's for
short), you know how extremely useful a supplement they can be
for preventing loss of muscle mass while on a reduced-calorie
diet. They're an excellent supplement and one of the few that's
really been proven effective by piles of research.
My partners at Prograde Nutrition (one of the few supplement
companies I trust completely - I know the guys who run it and put
the forumlas together) have just come out with a new BCAA product
this week and they've got it on sale for 17% off as a special
launch discount, which is darn cool of them.
BCAA's in general are a very good supplement and Prograde always
has top-quality stuff, so definitely check it out if you're
interested in picking up some.

They've also posted a BCAA FAQ (say that three times quickly),
where you can read more about what it is and what it can do for
you.
