The technique is Power Start Lactic Acid Training.
The goal of this training is to build up as much lactic acid (a.k.a. lactate) in the target muscles as possible to elicit the Growth Hormone response that results from that drop in pH.
Growth Hormone is CRITICAL for allowing your body to release and access stubborn fat and for maintaining muscle mass while losing fat.
We're going to do it with a specific leg exercise that will allow you to push yourself to the point where lactic acid shuts you down...which is PERFECT for attacking that stubborn fat.
