Subject: Quick recipe for a chocolate peanut-butter fat-burning milkshake
I'll tell you right up front, recipes
are not generally my thing. This one, however, is awesome
and easy...even a terrible cook like me can make it because you basically
just dump it all in the
blender and go nuts.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat-Burning Milkshake
Ingredients:
• 2 scoops BioTrust
Low Carb Chocolate 100% All-Natural Time-released Protein
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 2 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
• 1/2 of a banana (optional)
• 1 tbsp of pure cocoa powder (optional)
• stevia (to taste)
• 5 ice cubes
Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
Now, obviously you can use any chocolate
flavored protein powder within that recipe, but I
do personally recommend that Biotrust brand. It's EXTREMELY high-quality
(one of the best
on the market, in my opinion) and tastes VERY good.
Plus I've known the owners of the company
for years and they're stand-up guys who are
obsessed with quality and customer service, which can be a very rare
thing in the supplement
world..
