Subject: Pass over/under Bulgarian Split Squats...BURNS
This one will BURN.
I call it Pass Over/Under Bulgarian Split Squats and this one just hammers the quads, glutes and upper hamstrings like crazy...
You will need a kettlebell to do it, and something to set your back foot on. The form is essentially the same as the regular version...the key difference is what you do with the weight as you're doing it.

I've got a couple of other ones for you as well.
I call this one an A-Frame Trap Bar Carry...I did this one almost a week ago and I can still feel it in my traps.
It does require a bit of specialized equipment, but VERY effective exercise for the whole body (especially the traps).
It's basically a pair of cable handles attached through the holes of a pair handle-plates so that instead of having the arms hanging straight down, they're out like an A Frame. This one is AWESOME for the trapcs.
Another for your legs is the Bench Split Squat.
This is similar in concept to the Box Squat only done with a bench and done with split squats instead of regular squats. This allows you to focus on one leg at a time.
I also included a variation that is basically a single-leg box squat as well.
And finally, this is a cool picture of a cloud I saw at sunset the other day (no Photoshop...that's what it actually looked like).
Nothing to do with fitness but I was just waiting for the alien ship to come out of it...
