Subject: "Old Time" strongmen used THIS to build superhuman strength...

The technique is called Yielding Isometrics.

Isometric Exercises are exercises where you contract the muscle but don't move the joint.

This EXACT technique was used by old-school strongmen used to increase their strength to levels that bordered on SUPER HUMAN. After awhile, they were so strong they could bend metal bars, lift cars and break chains.

Today, I’d like to actually teach you just one of the techniques they used....it's very simple and very effective (demonstrated by Todd Kuslikis below).

If you do this regularly your strength in your chest and arms will go through the roof!

Place your hands together in a "prayer position" like in the above picture.

Move your hands out about 1-2 feet from your chest, depending on how long your arms are. Now press your hands together as hard as you can....literally as HARD as you possibly can.

Hold it for about 15 seconds like this... then relax.

That's it.

These are "yielding isometrics" and they work. Muscles only know tension...they don't know if that tension comes from weights or your body providing the resistance.

Certain movements like these (done in the optimal position for each muscle group) are proven to build strength and muscle comparable to weight lifting and calisthenics...without actually moving.
