Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE lifting.
However, we all know that life gets in the way of getting to the gym sometimes.
And a variety of factors...injuries, less time availability to hit the gym, just wanting an occasional break from the hard lifting...will almost always lead you down the path of bodyweight training.
Bodyweight training (and mastering your bodyweight) means you are never without a gym and you will ALWAYS be able to get results in your training.
I don't always lift weights...and when I don't, I use bodyweight training like this... ;).
