These two variations of sandbag weighted push-ups will give you
some great options for your bodyweight chest training. Because
once you can do a lot of reps, push-ups aren't as useful for
muscle and strength. Adding resistance is necessary and the
sandbag is the perfect way to do it (and one variation will even
build your neck!)
