This Hybrid exercise will light up your pecs like
NOTHING you've ever tried
before. And I mean that. You'll combine three different forms of resistance
that attack the pecs from all angles, better matching the strength curve of
the bench press and also adding an additional angle of pull to the pecs to
better target the contraction. This one has to be felt to be believed.
