Single Rep Cluster Training is one of my "secret
weapon" technique for
building strength and muscle at the same time. You hit the body with
near-limit loads and you do it for many more reps than you could if doing
straight sets. It's seriously one of my favorite strength techniqiues and
you will LOVE it.
