Got a quick update for you on NüoBell adjustable dumbbells that I reviewed about 6 months ago...I wanted to give you a quick update on how they're holding up.

Here's my original full review of them...

Now, granted, I don't abuse my training equipment... I don't drop dumbbells ever (not even solid hex ones with no moving parts).

This video gives you the full rundown of how they're holding up and a sample chest workout that I've been doing using the NüoBells and the Finer Form Foldable Flat Bench.
