Goblet Lunges and Step-Back Lunges

The lunge is a very basic movement pattern that should be in
everybody's list of exercises to do (unless knee issues say
otherwise). This "goblet" variation of the lunge and step-back
lunge forces you into a much better torso position for performing
the exercise properly.
